Not my sisters though.. and we both have savere swelling of the face from the doctor just jamming needles in our faces for repeated numbing... we've always had to have extra Cas it wears off quickly for us.. this was not our first extraction.. we have never swollen so much or been in this much pain... the nurse even refused my sister the meds the doctor told her she needed which left her pain running 3 weeks.. and one of the nerves attaching to my nostril was struck leaving it partially gimpy.. we will not be returning to this office.. To make things worse one of the front ladies tried to scare me off before the procedure saying she'd refuse me on the date of my appointment and argued wether or not I had coverage which she knew I did because she had my paperwork for the month before.. went outside and cried thinking I'd be stuck with a bad painful tooth.. won't ever go back! UPDATE: had no choice but to return.. Got lock jaw because the dentist who did my tooth surgery removed my tooth while my mouth was infected pretty badly. .. a second dentist looked at my x rays which were taken before the surgery and said it could be seen right there... the first man to see me also said the same. My face puffed out really big inside and out.. the pain was so bad I had trouble breathing and seeing.. the pain began to go right through to the back of my head. I called and asked if they were equipped to deal with this issue.. they wouldn't give me an answer and just told me to come in.. The original nurse who was rude to me told me she was their head nurse and wouldn't even give me an ice pack because she didn't want to. And it was apparently her call.. when the new dentist said to give me one she said there were none. They gave me a prescription for antibiotics that quote "might work" depending on the infection. After taking one dose of these meds my face swelling trippled and so did my pain. They didn't care one bit.. I ended up having to go to the hospital for proper care. Thanks to the hospital the swelling is going down slowly.

Instead of them following up with my insurance company (which every dentist has done in the past) they sent me bills for the procedures in full. All my insurance information was given and they refused to go through insurance and it was on me to obtain payment. When I called my insurance they instructed me to have them electronically sent it...they never did. A year later I have a collection agency after me threatening my credit and a lawsuit...no joke....this is a for a minor procedure that cost a few hundred dollars. Tried to resolve it and they had no interest in resolving it (even though they obtained payment by the insurance). Now they want an outstanding "made up" interest fee paid for. Rude dentist and even a nastier receptionist, she should not have this job.....DO NOT GO HERE. Stay away
