Hit and miss with products being in stock, but noticed it has improved. All the staff are super nice, no matter what kind of day they are having. I was called as well when my favorite product came into the store. All in all, this is my favorite spot as it is near my home as well. Please be kind, and patient. You never know what a person is going through. By the way, be mindful that it's 2026, and that you can call and ask if there's a certain product in stock. Better yet go on their website, and order it on there ready to be picked up at your timing. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was so shocked to see so many bad reviews that I had to leave a good one. First, I was so happy to get a dispensary in Orcutt! And Dr. Greenthumb was familiar to me from LA, where I spent most of my life. The Orcutt dispensary doesn't have prices displayed, which is annoying, and does not have much in stock, but they always have what I need. And I can never find what I need on my own and have to ask for help, and every staff member there has always been super friendly and quick to help me, even if they were with another customer or at the cash register. And it always seems when I'm paying that I qualify for a discount that I didn't know about. I always leave happy and grateful to have them here in Orcutt. read more

Went on 4/20 and nobody came up to me asked if I needed anything more than half of the stuff has no pricing on it or near it brands are not organized together I had to go up to the staff they didn't know what they were talking about products or pricing and security guard was very good tho also the guy at register forgot to give me my stizzy product in my bag and didn't give me my receipt also pens had old dates from last year nothing fresh I wouldn't recommend this place over a place like elevate awful over all around for my first time experience and I've been smoking for 15 years read more

The product selection is one of the worst I've ever seen in a dispensary. For being the only one in Orcutt they could really capitalize off that but anyone I talk to would rather make the 20-30 minute trip to Lompoc or Grover. Deals aren't even that good. Only somewhat good thing is the cashiers are always very nice. If only the place they worked wasn't so bad lol. I would maybe give two stars just bc the budtenders... but that's pushing it with the selection here. Would have loved a good place here in Orcutt! Elevate and NHC clear this place though. read more

Don't go here they hardly ever have any inventory. Then I find something last pen and it doesn't scan the cashier said sorry my manager won't be back for awhile. Sorry I left very disappointed. I have given this store so many chances and I love cypress hill I just don't love this store that doesn't have product. Also Guadalupe is 10 minutes away they always always have a big variety. I live closer to Dr greenthumb but no product doesn't help anyone! What bugs is they ask for a 5 star review for a free preroll but then they have no product.
