I am no longer home and will not be for the rest of the day, so now I have to sit around with this item I didn't order and I have 5 less of an item I thought I would have more of. Customer service offered nothing to apologize for the mistake. The Source needs to commit to giving the customer what they pay for! On two separate occasions I've had sativa prerolls mixed with tobacco delivered to me from The Source. Tobacco in my prerolls isn't something I wanted, nor was it what I paid to be delivered to me. And yet here I am. It was obvious there was tobacco in them by the smell after smoking one. My suspicions were confirmed upon closer inspection of the remaining prerolls. All remaining prerolls had tobacco and marijuana. The product delivered to me was not what I paid for.
