Check in was smooth and easy. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The Dr. Casanovas has one of the best bedside manners I've seen in a long time! She was very easy to talk to, professional, and kind. I wish I could remember who came in before the doctor. Maybe a PA, or some kind of orthopedic specialist. He was also great! He performed the reduction to put my daughters elbow back in place. He was just as kind, attentive and friendly! I would recommend this hospital to any and all people who are faced with the unfortunate decision to have to take there child to the hospital!

I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.

I went to this center November 26,2019 2 appointment one for me and one for a family member…read more We walked in and were not even acknowledged we sat there for 20 minutes then I asked if I could use the bathroom and I was told to go across the hall they do not let patients use their bathroom. I thought this was extremely strange. Then the family member that was with me told them you should provide bathrooms for your clients and Dr. Lizzete Delgado and Dr. Ivelisse started yapping at him with such attitude we are good to our clients. Which at that moment they were showing they were not because they were yelling at him. Then the other one did not even want to deal with him anymore because he was speaking English I can not believe this day and age we are still experiencing prejudice in Puerto Rico. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you do not speak Spanish. the worst of it is this whole appointment took 4 hours to get there , wait to be insulted and then to get home.. just horrible !!!
