The therapy environment is VERY positive and high energy and you really feel like you can reach your therapy goals. The owner only hires highly qualified, energetic, positive minded individuals. I have done their land therapy, but I was an aquatic therapy patient for 11 years and have nothing bad to say during that entire time. I never got past the front desk …read more.............. 1) I physically went there to verify that they will accept my insurance, which was a yes 2) The Orthopedic office faxed them my prescription the following day. 3) In two days I never received a follow up call to schedule PT 4) I called Select PT to make sure they received the fax, the office said they did not (which seemed a little odd and she was a little standoffish). 5) I called the Orthopedic office and asked them to fax another prescription. They immediately faxed it to Select PT and sent me a confirmation email. 6) I called Select PT a few hours later and the office lady claimed that she didn't get it yet but .............. "Maybe she would have it later in the evening". This was very odd because I would bet money that she already had it. So, I made an appoint for the following Monday at 8:30. 7) Today, the day before surgery, I called Select PT to see if they received the prescription. The office lady kind of huffed, rustled around some papers and said yes, they have it. So, I asked why hasn't someone called me? The office lady then hung up on me! 8) I called back and asked to talk to the office manager. Of course, the office manager is out to lunch (at 2:36 PM?). She took my number for a call back. What do you want to bet I never get one. So bottom line, I never got past the front desk. Tried multiple times to get set with a physical therapy schedule as prescribed by the doctor, but the office lady is obviously not too concerned about new PT customers. I wonder how the owners feel about that? As a result of your office lady's inattentive behavior, you lost a patient with two upcoming knee replacements over the next six months. Too bad I found another PT location with an attentive office.

Physical Therapy is a painful and difficult thing to go through and everyone at Select from the front desk to the trainers are amazing. I did want to single out two people, Carly and Marco made my experience amazing. Even though it's painful I looked forward to going everyday. The two of them truly cared and you can see it with all of their clients. They really watched over me and made sure I got the best care. They are truly remarkable individuals and made this experience the best they could. I'm truly grateful and appreciative for the care they both gave me and everyone else there. I could not recommend anyone more.

So, my mom made me an appt w/Roni when I came down to visit FL - she heard how great he was from her tennis friends and wanted to see if he could help me. Well, by the end of the 30min appt, the back pain had completely vanished!! I was so amazed & thankful that I followed his instructions and did all the follow up exercises and the pain never came back! Since moving to FL 9yrs ago, I have seen Roni for sciatica pain, and kinks in my back and shoulder and he corrects my pain every single time. It's not always immediate but if you do the exercises and ice the area as he instructs you to, you will feel better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roni!!
