They should have told me that they could not totally help me, but they just kept saying that I'll maybe find some other healing other than my actual issue, and that was my homework. Every visit I have had has been completely professional and always followed the Covid rules for safety in this sensitive time. Not only do they work together as a team to make sure that you get the care that you need specifically for your body, but they also make you feel comfortable financially with the treatment that you receive. It is nice to see that a chiropractor cares more about your health and the way that you feel as opposed to what you can pay. At this time where many people are unemployed and their incomes are reduced, Dr. Scott is more than accommodating to help work with you and figure out a plan that is best for you and your financial situation. The care that I have received for my neck and my back has been exceptional and I will continue get my treatment at this office for as long as I can until my situation with my neck and shoulder is resolved. I was in so much pain from a work-related injury that I couldn't move my head or even sit up on my own. I had to prop my entire torso and head up on our couch just so I could stop some of the pain. (It hurt so much I was afraid to move because I thought I could become paralyzed. I'd had some neck and back issues before, but NOTHING like this.) Thank goodness I heard of Dr. Benjamin right when I needed a chiropractor. They were able to get me in the next day. At my first visit with Dr. Benjamin, I couldn't even hold the clipboard to fill out the standard paperwork, but he took me in and helped me anyway. I felt a reduction in pain during the first visit, and I was able to move my head a little afterward. He took such good care of me for the first few visits before I was able to go and get X-rays taken, and I feel that speaks volumes about his abilities as a chiropractor. He was able to go in "blind" and figure out what I needed for my muscles and my spine, and I most definitely felt and saw improvement at every visit - and I still do. I have even sent my husband and son to Dr. Benjamin, and we will continue to see him regularly. I am not out of the woods yet since my entire spine was out of alignment (my neck was so bad I had a reverse curve at the base of it), but I would never go to another chiropractor or let my family go to anyone else. Not only was Tami, the operations Director, a friendly, helpful lady, Dr. Weidlich was genuinely interested in making me better. I learned stuff about my condition I did not know after visiting author (good) chiropractor for 8 months. His goal has been from the beginning to reduce the number of visits I required. He delivered on that promise and if I would take more care between visits, I probably would be only going once per month or less for just checkups. Margate was recommended to me as a second opinion. Drs. Jay & Meir ordered Xrays and MRI's and immediately discovered I had been misdiagnosed. After just my second visit, the bulk of my symptoms were gone. I came in for visits twice a week for several months and so I also got to know their amazing staff - Alexis & Carolyn. They all took great care of me.
