They placed blame on the mortgage company and the realtor. This is the first and last time I will ever be forced to use this company. We closed on the house TWICE! They sent the wrong paperwork the first time causing me to drive over 59 miles to sign the paperwork AGAIN. I just wanted the keys to my home five days after the first closing. They snuck in a charge the second time that I haven't gotten restitution for. They rushed me through the second closing with no representation there. Over the years I have used many title companies and have never been treated with such unprofessionalism that was displayed here.
