Called again told couldn't see her. So, emergency forget it. This was a work day. Bet a dog emergency would have gotten in. Next day I took my cat to Ashland and she had to be put to sleep. End result may have been the same but more could have been done for her. Brought in a cat experiencing diarrhea and just over a month later she is dead. My family and my other cats are devastated. The entire team is professional and knowledgeable. We have endured incredible hardships with our oldest dog, she was paralyzed by a vaccine and we went to great lengths while living in Chicago to get her back to walking. Now that we live up north, the team at NAH is very aware of her past medical history and takes extra precautions with our girl. We also recently added two more dogs to the mix, so we happily have all the pups under one roof for their medical needs. We have used their boarding services, surgical services as well as emergency and routine medical services. All of which have been positive & met our expectations.
