DO NOT PURCHASE THE 10 SESSIONS FOR $855.00! Dr. Lee was polite and attentive during my assessment/first appointment on February 11, 2025 and according to the clock on the wall in the treatment room the treatment itself lasted 25 minutes. However, he did draw blood when he removed a needle from my face. The first of several abuses. Dr. Lee had a cotton ball and acetyl alcohol on the ready to wipe it off so this must be a common occurrence for him. That drop of blood should have been my clue to exit because an acupuncture needle should NEVER draw blood. Nevertheless, I was so desirous of help for my chronically clogged ears that I foolishly purchased 10 sessions for $855.00. More fool me! SERIOUS MISTAKE! Dr. Lee was barely present at the start of my second and last appointment on February 14, 2025 which was barely 15 minutes long. Coincidentally, I noticed that the clock in the treatment room no longer worked and I never trust coincidences. Dr. Lee JAMMED several needles around my right ear and disappeared. When he extracted the needles the site in my right hand bled - more abuse! - and once again he had a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol ready to wipe away more evidence of his unprofessional behavior. One of the needles around my right ear must have bled. Dr. Lee was in such a hurry to get out of the treatment room and away from me ay that he missed it because later in the day I rubbed the site and there was blood on my hand. Still MORE evidence of abuse and of Dr. Lee's unprofessional behavior. I finally had enough! Instead of keeping my third appointment today, February 18, 2025 I sent Dr. Lee two e-mails over the weekend. In the second e-mail I pointed out the incidents of his unprofessional behavior during my second appointment and instructed him to either DO YOUR JOB during all of my subsequent treatments or immediately refund my $855.00. No reply. I'll be filing in Small Claims Court for my money and court costs. read more

Never have I had a acupuncture service like this. He said he knew what I needed after 2 mins of talking to me. 20 mins of 4 needles in my arm and 2 in my neck. Then the appointment was over and he said "take to Tylenol and get a heating pad" Whhhat! Who says that! That's why I'm coming to you to help me NOT have to be popping pain pills! What a joke. Never have I been so insulted or what a acupuncture service should be. It most certainly was NOT this place or "Dr. Lee"! Nice enough place and Dr Lee was nice but NOT acupuncture service at all. Being from Korea, I agave high expectations going into get acupuncture in the US. I was very satisfied with Dr. Lee's office as it was clean and neat. But I was even more satisfied as he is a GREAT acupuncturist. His technique was gentle and effective. So if you are SCARED of needles I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lee as he was quick and I couldn't feel 95% of the needles going in which helped me relax. I came to see Dr. Lee to get acupuncture to relieve my headache pain along my right neck, left shoulder scapular, and lower right back pain. He was able to immediately relive my pain and my body felt lighter and I was able to move better after treatment. Dr. Lee also had a stim machine that connected to the needles which helped my muscles immensely. Dr. Kang is the most attention detailed acupuncturist ive been too. I had accumulated a bunch of issues from lifting/grappling- neck pain, a slipped rib, sciatica, tmj, etc. He was able to address these and i already feel so much better. He also realized i had a lot of mucus in the body so he gave me some tea and my sinus pressure from allergies seems to be clearing up as well! He also does both front and back for the same price, something ive never had in an accupuncturist before. I'm so disappointed in my experience with Dr. Lee. We probably exchanged 10 words, he put me in a tacky room right next to a trash can, put 4 needles in my face and said he'd be back in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he takes the 4 needles out and charges me $70. What a joke. read more

I can not be more grateful for finding Dr. Rhee's excellent talent for acupuncture. I am a 20 year gout suffer (arthritis) and have received the most amazing treatment at this office. I do not always respond to some acupuncturists, but Dr. Rhee is very talented in her craft. Most recently I came in while under attack with a swollen foot and toe that was so inflamed it was difficult to walk. I will admit when I am in for maintenance, acupuncture does not hurt one bit. When I am under attack the pain, in general, is high and acupuncture treatment is also not pleasant. Leaving the office I was better! Just 12 hours after treatment during this recent attack I was pain free, swelling was gone and I was walking normally!! An attack typically will take me a week to get out from under. Dr. Rhee is amazing and uses moxibustion. Not all acupuncturists know how to use this. With Dr. Rhee, I have had the most dramatic improvement!! Her hands glide intuitively to where the body needs a release and the treatment is most effective for me. Dr Lee is the best. I've been going to physical therapy for my neck and balance. Neither has been resolved. I remembered Dr Lee and went to him this past Monday. My neck pain after one treatment is MUCH relieved. I'm sure after a couple of more treatments for a pinched nerve - I will be completely pain free. My balance seems better. I forgot about my TMJ. I had shoulder trouble for 2 years! I could hardly move my left arm without pain. It made it so hard to do just simple things like getting dressed, taking a shower, cooking dinner, I was miserable!! My perinatalogist and cardiologist are very impressed with my acupuncture results related to keeping my blood pressure normal. I have been suffering from chronic shoulder pain in addition to severe fatigue. Not sure if the fatigue is related to my hypothyroidism just yet, had blood drawn to check today but I have also had issues with adrenals in the past and have struggled with major lack of energy for some time.
