The one good thing that happened was that I made the decision to get off oxycodone after six years. Went back to my spine surgeon after 2 years of Dr. Yaddu. MRI showed previous partial directory has eroded to the point where the vertebrae are dropping out of line. Probably looking at my third level of fusion. My surgeon showed me a picture of my spine that Dr. Yaddu had posted on his practices' website showing off his "skill" in performing an Intracept procedure around my old fusion. The procedure was a complete failure. Seems like a lot of these pain doctors just use their patients like an ATM .

I unfortunately broke my wrist recently (again) and decided to come back to Dr. Guidera (I have…read morebeen here for two surgeries and haven't had any issues until now). To say the least, that was a mistake. They left me with a $230 bill for a 15 minute visit, X-rays, and a splint that I could've bought at Walgreens for $10. Not to mention, I already had an identical splint on when I walked in. To be fair, I asked for the new splint hoping it'd be better than what I had. It was worse, and came with a price tag of over $100. Guidera and his PA told me the X-rays they JUST took weren't good enough and recommended that I get a CT scan done. He made a surprised/disgusted face when I sighed and looked down when he said I may need surgery. Sorry, I don't want to spend thousands more on my wrist if I don't absolutely have to... Anyways, after Guidera reviewed the CAT scan, his office informed me that I 'definitely' needed surgery and referred me to another hand surgeon since Guidera was unable to operate on anyone for 4 weeks due to his own surgery/injury. Well, that doctor said I did not need surgery and put me in a cast. Bottom line: Stay away from this office. They will nickle and dime you.

I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

It was pouring rain the morning!! I arrived at 7:30am…read moresoaking wet due to doors by back parking lot said to go thru courtyard. Well this so called courtyard was not covered! I was Not only person who came in soaked. Signed in asked for paper towels so we could dry off. Told NO as she poined to a box of Kleenex!! This was strike one. I sat in wet clothes and shoes for over 2.5hrs. Met with Dr Ray who didn't even look at my feet or do the pin test on my feet! Zeroed in on my neuropathy then started explaining about a very expensive surgery that is covered by medicare! Stike two! Then sent me to another room to fill out more paperwork. Wanted MRI of my spin, see a phycologist, Ekg, all of this as I was soaking wet! Not offer a gown or anything to get warm! Strike three! Not impressed with this place at all. I ended up sick for over 10 days. Called and cancelled everything with them. Horrible place

Oxycodone 9.5 years and I would take them for 3 weeks then off a week and going back on them after the week off I realized I was in more pain after taking it dumb and I finally told him I wanted off of them we set a date and I have been off them over 3 years and in those over 3 years I started to hate and despise opioids. I am in less pain off of them and we started doing epidural injections with my trigger points and I am also on soboxone for pain not addiction to opioids and if I didn't like the soboxone and I wanted to back to Oxycodone then we would of went back to Oxycodone but since I went off it I have told him how much I hate it and it caused over 10,000 in dental because the sweet tooth it caused and dry mouth. No dental issues with Suboxone but I do a lot to keep it that way. When I was taking Oxycodone he would switch me to Vicodin to help with becoming immune to it but it didn't do anything and reason why is because it didn't make me feel like my aoxy did and absolutely I told him that so a pain doc you can say that to is wicked good. Only thing I will leave out is my doctor ors name because he's in high demand because he's good at what he does and his memory is insane which shows he pays attention and listens. Technology has come a long way and so many incredible treatment options that work other than opioids and mentally being off of them I am less fussy because my body craved it caused more pain. It's like feeding the beast. A lot of incredible providers and if you are lucky to get my doctor first visit you will know who he is. Very Disappointed - Horrible Communication…read more My experience with Premier Pain Management in Queen Creek has been very disappointing, primarily because of the horrible communication. It is extremely difficult to get clear answers or timely responses from the office. Messages and calls often seem to go unanswered, and when you do finally get a response, getting straightforward information can be frustrating. When you are dealing with significant pain and trying to coordinate treatment, you should not have to repeatedly call just to find out what is happening. Good communication is especially important in a pain management clinic. Patients need to know what their treatment plan is, whether procedures have been approved, and what the next steps are. Unfortunately, I have found the communication from this office to be far below what I would expect from a medical practice. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously because better communication would make a big difference in the patient experience.

What a game changer, no...life changer!…read more If you are chronically ill, or even going through a temporary medical setback you will find you are at the mercy of your doctors; specifically their staff. One can claim insurance problems and that can be true, a valid scapegoat in some situations but if you are a patient of a practice where that management fosters an environment that is devoid of kindness and empathy when you call for an appointment, advice or reassurance when something isn't going right or even something simple like rescheduling an appointment, your life and managing your condition becomes as anxiety ridden, stressful and harder to deal with than the medical problem itself. Pain management centers all over tend to keep their thumb pressed down on EVERYTHING: scheduling, rescheduling, penalties for cancellation within 72 hours, excessive no show fees, being late to an appointment fees and or cancellation. While a patient at a previous practice, a visit to a sick family members in GA tuned into actually being there when they died so needed to be there for the funeral. This caused a huge issue with rescheduling (no app avail for 90 days!) and I would have been allowed no refills on medication due "not having an appointment." So with no work around, no cancelation list, I had to fly home to AZ, keep my appointment so I could continue with my prescriptions and then fly right back to GA; there was no way around it. When I told my actual provider, he was stunned but I remember thinking at the time was, "would he have even done anything had he known?" Yes. Absolutely yes. How do I know? Because he is now a part of Premier Pain Management and the service is beyond fantastic. My provider was always great, which is why I followed him but I never expected the upgrade, by several degrees in the service. I can have telemedicine appointments every month, I leave a message and I get a call back on the same day and sometimes within 15 minutes. If I have a question it is addressed. If I have a real severe problem I am not left alone to just pray and hope for an appointment or resolution. I am actually helped by whomever answers my call. People are friendly when you call, kind and helpful. They are a compliment to the excellent doctors a PAs who care for the patients. I am thankful, no I am grateful I made the switch last year. Everyone's care and experiences from their providers are different and healthcare is precarious and sadly, I've come to understand many doctors do not run the offices nor make the policies but the corporations who own them and it's their office managers you deal with. At Premier, their providers run their practice. You can feel the difference after the first visit.
