Terrbile and tried to guess what I have before even looking at me. This person just makes guesses and is not professional at all! I had to literally ask can I show you and another thing I hated was this person is very touchy hands all over my shoulders and using fake kindness to just get through to the next patient, I have been dealing with my issue for 2 years and this person says atopic dermatiris (basically a guess every dermatologist uses when they don't know) and the lady had not even seen it yet?!? change from 1 star to 0 stars! read more

Dr. Claren and her front-office staff are friendly and professional. The front-office staff understand/speak enough English for easy check-in/check-out. The office is busy but if you show up on time for your appointment you'll only need to wait 5-10 minutes before you get called in. The office is hard to pinpoint as there a few buildings without numbers in the area - there are small business plaques around the area so you can stumble your way to the third floor office (second floor European numbering style). There is a school within the complex so parking upfront was never an option. I had to park blocks away each time and walk. I saw a parking area in the back of the building but I haven't figured out how to drive to it yet. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Very unprofessional office/doctor! Don't waste your time or money coming here! Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment and not once did office staff inform me that she was running behind. When I asked staff, receptionist was upset because I asked how long before I was seen. When I finally saw doctor, she asked if I had tricare. I replied yes and she told me that I needed to schedule another appointment since I was allowed 5!!! She didn't even evaluate anything!!! I had to point out that I had made appointment to be treated since I already had diagnosis on referral!! Waste of my time!! DON'T WASTE YOURS!! Go elsewhere! Too many doctors to deal with nonprofessional ones. read more

Dr. Claren has been most helpful to my husband and her staff is very friendly and helpful. We have to pay up front and then bill our Tricare, but that is common in German. read more
