I needed to take several breaks to rest my arms and/or catch my breath. When I first got out of surgery, I went downstairs to the food court area (which is small). But by the time I got there, I dreaded the trek back to the car. It's almost a labyrinth to navigate through. Overall, the service and staff have been 5-star caliber. But the building's layout and lack of wheelchairs for use inside really hamper the experience for someone who struggles to get around.

State of the art facilities...and since it is in Germany, most of the stuff you see in the states also come from Germany, so the stuff here in this medical center are some first rate high quality German made stuff, like the x-ray and MRI machines. An eight minute drive from Mackenbach to a Ramstein village is not bad. - I appreciate them accepting credit card. I'm assuming they were pretty good deals The owner was super nice and friendly. Talked through the process for my eyebrows. And my results were very satisfactory! I'm pretty pleased with my newly done brows! I also attempted the lip permanent makeup and not going to lie - extremely painful even after numerous numbing but lips look good post procedure. They were again easy to work with and I was able to bring in a VAT form and everything was just good. I seriously cannot complain. Love it and will be coming back to try their other products and procedures.

The treatments are medical grade because it is a true medical spa. The treatment rooms are beautifully appointed with beautiful large English bathtubs, relaxing chairs, big lcd tv screens with music of your choice and serenity scenes. The estheticians are well trained and very knowledgeable. I got a pedicure, facial, and my eyebrows cleaned up. The pedicurist was very gentle as I had damaged my big toenails from a too small shoe issue. It was reassuring to see her take each tool out of sanitized plastic and throw away the sander etc bits. She suggested a nail growth pen to use at home, so I bought it. The esthetician was equally gentle as I have sensitive skin and the work she did on my eyebrows came out painlessly perfect. They sell high end skincare products and will tell you what you need based on your skin. I'm looking forward to one of their baths, body massage and exfoliating treatments. There is a lengthy wait time to see one of the two dermatologists for care, but clearly worth it. I'll be back on repeat.
