I was referred here to see Dr. Barnett - for a very much non-cosmetic procedure, I assure you - by my GP. You'll need a referral to get an appointment, but be warned they'll charge you $130 just for a consultation with the doctor - that is before you've even had anything done, and I wasn't able to reclaim it back from my medical insurance provider.
