I'm not even sure where to begin, but my experience at MDC has always been positive, although I haven't been back since I moved. For a good three years, I had a number of treatments done here, under the competent guidance of the director, Vicky, as well as a handful of nice, professional, and again, competent, technicians and other support staff that I came to trust over years of collaboration. Vicky is knowledgable and approachable, and despite my initial apprehension and uncertainty, she guided me in achieving a better physical/aesthetic fitness and health and, as a result, helped boost my confidence as well. She and other staff have become a valuable source of information and advice over these years, and I'd recommend the services offered at MDC to anyone who is open. It all starts with a consultation, and there is nothing to lose, right! I love that it is discreet - a little tricky to find, but not somewhere that leaves you with your mother-in-law demanding to know what you had done at the cosmetic surgeon - didn't she see you going in there last Tuesday? So far, for me it's just laser hair removal, which is a step up from waxing from which you'll never look back. It's a little bit painful, and a little bit expensive, but neither negative will take away from the fact that once it's done, it's done. No more icky sticky wax, frustration with the temperamental Epilady or scars from the blunt razor. Sadly neither this clinic nor any other can address the basic limitation of laser hair removal: it won't work on blond hair or hair that is too similar in colour to your skin.
