Excellent dentist to be apart of. I've been coming here for 2 Years now and was originally recommended by a neighbour. Dr Ross is a great guy. Very well spoken, very polite, full of information, and is always willing to answer any question with a good answer. My check up appointments come every 6 months, and he's always gentle and patient. Plus there's usually good conversation as well when I can speak in-between. I also get my routine clean done every 3 months at the moment, and my hygienist Rose is wonderful and very professional. Also great conversation and very helpful with any advice needed for oral hygiene. I do feel my teeth are under excellent care when I come see these guys!! The admin staff are also great. Very polite and always up for a chat when they're free. I feel their preferred Health Insurance is Bupa. I think I usually get roughly 30% off my bill, which isn't bad at all. It's also a good idea to book well in advanced as I feel they book out very quickly and very firmly. I normally get a reminder text message from them the day before my appointment in case I haven't saved the date, which is extremely handy. All in all great people!!
