During the wait time, I called a few times to check on the waitlist and once to report that the abcess was leaking a brown discharge. I also discussed pain management for the procedure since I had fear from previous dental situation in the past involving extreme pain that had not been managed well. Dr. Waltz and his rude staff seemed to think this qualified me as drug-seeking or an otherwise difficult patient and so abruptly cancelled my care without even guaranteeing 30 days of ongoing care as is required by patient abandoment laws.
