Boy AM I GLAD I DID. What an amazing experience. My daughter is HF Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. The staff here were so caring towards her. They explained everything they were going to do. They showed her the tools before hand. they allowed her to wear her Noise cancelling headphones through out the visit. They were so great. They did all the work needed to be done in ONE visit which was such a relief! I am so glad I gave them a try. I will recommend this place to anyone who has a special needs child. I asked about being on a waitlist if someone cancelled last minute and the receptionist acted like I was crazy. Oddly enough they had no problem scheduling an appointment for a more urgent issue (which will, of course, be more lucrative). Interestingly enough, I had an issue in the past where a hygienist berated me for not getting frequent enough cleanings. If you are looking for complete dental care options and not just emergency availability, I do not recommend this office.
