That preparation made it much easier to feel safe, open, and fully present. Throughout the three-hour workshop, we were guided through exercises that gave us the opportunity to slow down, focus on one another, connect through intentional touch, and be together without the usual distractions of everyday life. As the only gay couple in the workshop, we felt completely welcomed and included, and never felt that the experience wasn't meant for us. We left feeling noticeably more connected, and that feeling continued into the days afterward. It was a thoughtful, unique, and genuinely meaningful experience that gave us dedicated time to reconnect with each other in a way we don't often make space for in everyday life.

When I called to inquire about getting an appointment before the changeover date, they ignored me and were rude when I called a second time. Absolutely don't recommend. There are many other virtual appointment options out there.
