To sum everything up she was late or didn't show on multiple appointments. The few appointments I did have, her provided care ranged from decent to completely checked out making me feel as if I was an inconvenience. For many people if they are at the point where they are in need of counseling, they are generally at a rough point in their lives. If you are at that point, please seek another provider or doctor. This might just be my experience, but typically speaking if somebody has this bad of an experience with this many attempts, they are not the only client/ customer who are facing the same difficulties with the provider. The first appointment was via zoom and she was 20 minutes late. She did compensate by allowing the session to go 25 minutes over. This did cause difficulty and strain since the appointment was made to correlate with my work schedule and I ended up being late. During this particular appointment she did seem attentive and provided good feedback. That's really about where her services stopped being at all helpful. The second zoom appointment she didn't even show. 30 minutes went by and after numerous phone calls to the provided number I finally gave up. I did receive a call back about 2 hrs later and she apologized and provided no explanation. During this call, she tried to rectify the situation by offering me an appointment right then and there and I told her due to availability I could not. I told her I made an appointment for later in the week during my next open time slot which happened to be later in the evening and the last available appointment she offered for booking. She attempted to have me rescheduled for something earlier in the day and I once again explained due to availability. I was not able to do that. On the day of the late scheduled appointment, she showed up on time but seemed very checked out during the whole appointment. I understand, I chose the last time slot available but during the whole appointment she did not seem engaged and came off as being tired. She kept asking the same question over and over without providing any insight or direction. She continuously asked me how I felt and when I provided an answer she would then ask me how I felt based off of the answer I provided. There were numerous long awkward pauses where nothing was being said and she was blankly staring without providing any questions or direction of where the appointment needed to go. This is not create a comfortable environment. After all those negative experiences, I really should have stopped there but I wanted to provide her the benefit of the doubt. I moved my schedule around and scheduled an in-person session in the late morning. I showed up to the location provided 20 minutes early and found the door locked. As listed on her website, She has multiple locations so I figured she might be commuting from one of the other locations. Just to be sure, I double checked to make sure I did not book a zoom appointment which I had not and verified it was an in-person session and I was at the right location, which I was. I stood by at the location until 15 minutes after the appointment time, at which point I went and sat in my vehicle for an extra 10 minutes bringing her total tardiness to 25 minutes with no call, text or email. During this time I called her line three different times just to get some sort of direction which I never received. On the final call I left a voicemail explaining to her that I had been waiting at the location and would not pay since she did not show. I never received any sort of communication back from her which is what led me to write this review. I want to ensure future clients stay away from this provider so they do not receive the same experience.
