It actually made me laugh how incopmpetent she really was. I would have been completely embarassed if it was me, but not her! I am sure they are trying their best, but they have lost whatever confidence I have in that office. That, coupled with the feeling that he is trying to constantly sell me his brand of supplements (wanted me to take 11 pills a day) which with my life, and schedule is completely impossible.
