A guy near by then said no they are ready. The lady didn't even want to see it they were ready. She had the worst attitude I've ever heard. She was very impatient and was not approachable. Definitely need to work on their customer care! Kudos to the guy in the back that was willing to help.

Unfortunately Utica College only uses this company. They force the students to select a size…read morewithout informing them that it is rather large especially for women. I ordered a medium which is what I always wear and it was so big. Found out it is unisex which means it's also cut for a medium man. Then they allow absolutely no exchanges or refunds. So what are students expected to do? Obviously we can't use another company but be advised that the lab coats. Sweaters, and everything that comes from Utica college and this company is unisex and not the traditional medium we are used to.

Ok , so where do I begin.... They don't have the biggest selection but I found a sweatshirt for a…read morereasonable price. However when I went to purchase it , I was told it was priced incorrectly ( by 10.00 ). I was also purchasing several items which would of made my total bill over a hundred dollars. But let's get back to the sweatshirt..... when I asked if he would honor the price it was ticketed , the most rudest man behind the counter said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I explained that I felt since it was ticketed that price , he should honor it. ... well he just got even nastier and said he was going to refund me everything. I just can't believe his business sense or should I say lack of. Besides he doesn't sell authentic Cortland apparel for the prices he wants to charge. Do yourself a favor and go to the school store.
