Do not recommend this place to anyone. I switched from my previous PCP to here for convenience since it is close. Unfortunately the staff here are extremely rude and actually yelled at me over the phone and hung up. My doctor is incompetent and "needs me" to come in for every single thing. I wish there was a zero staror negative . I ususally do not write reviews but would like to take the time to share . This is the worst practice I have ever experienced. They do not want to see their challenged patients. They have every excuse not to see them and send them to the ER , I was sent to the ER and a GI doctor just to get the runaround when they all say you have to see PCP , I changed practice, it took our new DR - PCP one time to prescribe the correct med. I called my primary Dr So affiliated with this practice on Aug 2nd to get an appointment with Dr Henkle at the pain center at St's Memorial. Today is Aug 18th and I have yet to hear from them about my appointment. I called Dracut Family on Aug 9th and was told the secretary will be making an appointment. Still nothing. On Aug 18th at approximately 11:50 I called again and spoke to Christine who said she was off for a few days , but , will my appointment now and she will get back to me shortly. Almost 4 hours later still no call. I will be calling tomorrow to tell them to forget the appointment. read more

Same issue as the previous review. Trying to make an appointment here wether it be your yearly or for a sick visit is ridiculous. I just called today because I've been sick for a few weeks and haven't been able to kick this cold and I called to make an appointment. I am told there isn't anything available today which I get because a lot of people get sick around this time but then she tells me there is nothing available the next two days either and tells me to go to an urgent care. Sorry but I'm not spending all that money to go to an urgent care for a cold or sinus infection. When making my yearly appointment a few weeks ago they weren't able to schedule for more than 3 months out. That's insane. They can't make time for their patients so I'll have to find a new primary now. read more

This office is uncaring and does not take the time to listen to patient concerns. Also if your doctor is not in the office and you are sick they make you go to the urgent care and have you pay way more money than a PCP appointment, or they tell you that you have to wait until they have an opening (which twice now was a day to a week later which does not help things if you are sick or have an infection). They have done this once again to me and I am sick, I have switched my PCP. I switched to my new PCP today and they are already so much more accommodating and caring. I switched my doctor today and I already was able to make a sick appointment. Do not go here. read more

I wish I could give a zero star rating. Find a better office. I was having a problem so I went to see the DR numerous times over it and then I had to go to Urgent care and the DR there tested me for something that should have been tested months ago. They are very unprofessional. When I was trying to explain myself to the office manager, he cut me off mid explanation. Save yourself and find somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is AWFUL! Staff is rude and incompetent. You have to call repeatedly to follow up to get anything done. Won't return phone calls, even urgent ones. My daughter suffered for 2 days with a broken thumb that needed surgery because these buffoons didn't call back or figure out how to order an X-ray! Just called to get a physical form filled out, was asked "did she have a physical this year?" Um, yeah, you can't see that?? "I'd have to look in another screen." Sorry to inconvenience you. Doctor there told me that to lose weight k just need to do intermittent fasting and eat no more than 1200 calories! Thank god I know better. Told my husband he had a heart attack. Thousands of dollars later and multiple tests and follow up with cardiology, no heart attack. Back to trying to find a competent PCP. read more

Wow, I am beyond sad and disappointed that I have to write a one star review for this practice. I called last week to get a copy of my records, they told me to come in today as they can't release that with just a phone call which I totally understand and I appreciate. I came in today and the lady working the front desk was beyond rude, at first she opened her window, but never made eye contact or said good afternoon how may I help you, she said nothing while she still have her head set piece so I assume she was taking to someone on the phone, a few secs later she looked at me and appeared to be upset and proceeded to say ... yes?- At that point i said hello my name Is so and so and I need a copy of my records, she said that she couldn't give them to me because the doctor needs to sign and a record person needs to work on them after the doctor signs. I explained that I need this paperwork for my insurance and new doctor as failure to do will imply that my insurance will go up by $1500. She was mumbling with her coworker and I could not really understand what she said, I did however heard her coworker put someone on mute and used profanity language about an issue. The lady told me to seat down and wait, I did. She went to the back and printed a copy of my my last visit which was not the records and told that this is the best I can do, she gave me the paperwork, close the window while my phone was still in the window and said, Sorry. I am not sure who manages the office, but please take notice that I have been your patient for over 10 years, the service provided by Stacey who did not give me her last name is not tolerated and I am changing doctors. read more

I moved to Dracut from Arlington, MA four years ago and had to change my primary care for convenience purpose since working in NH and thought that a local family medicine practice would be a good place. Unfortunately I was wrong. This is the worst primary care service I have been to in my 12 years in MA. I write this review after my 4th terrible experience with their service. Right from the receptionist, to the nurse and doctor you could tell something was wrong with this place. Everyone seems to be rude, aggressive, unprofessional, unwilling to help and just in general not a nice environment/culture to be in. I write this review after my 4th incident with them. I cant recall them all but my 1st incident, the nurse rushed me during the check up and is very rude and abrupt (Cant recall her name but she typically assist Dr. Aujla). The 2nd incident, the doctor said not so pleasant words regarding my scar from a 4kg ovarian cysts that was removed few years back which to me was very unprofessional for a Doctor (Pardeep Aujla, MD). Third incident, I asked for some paperwork to be filled for HSA benefits/rewards program and they called me up to mention that my paperwork was done. I came into the office had to take time off from work (which is not paid) and when I came in they told me it was not ready. I was so furious but still did not leave a review and simply asked for the manager. 4th incident, I had a very bad cough and call the doctor to see if I can get an appointment and they mentioned they would call me back but never did. Latest incident, they never informed me about an upcoming appointment I had 1 year later as they typically do via text or email and one day before the appointment gave a robocall and I had to cancel because I had covid the week before and trying to get a hold off the office was nearly impossible. The receptionist from the lowell general hospital (where calls get fowarded) was sick and tired of me calling in from 8am to 9am to try to cancel my appointment. Eventually I got through at 9am and am now giving up on this place. I'm sure they would have charged me for not being able to make that appointment which I had been calling for an hour just to cancel. I understand that with the pandemic that everyone is going through things and doctor offices are busy but the place has been this way (unprofessional) even prepandemic when I first came to Dracut. I never write reviews but just had to with this place as I would not want other patients to go through what I did. From reading other peoples review about this place, it seems very consistent with my finding and agree with one of them that I would give a zero star if possible. To the management team, please feel free to reach out if you'd like further clarification. I'd be happy to further discuss and provide input for future improvement.
