I only give it 1 star because there's no option to give it zero! I called to make an appointment over phone but her English was so hard to understand when I asked how much for an hour but managed to set an appointment for Sunday. I went into lobby, lady asked me to pay first before my appointment. Sign said $60 for an hour and $30 for 30 mins. When I handed her my card she said something $60 plus xyz. So I asked her plus what? Several times I couldn't understand and I kept reiterating I just wanted an hour massage. Well come to understand she said it's $30 tips mandatory! I said WHAT? Mandatory? She said yes. I should've walked out because that is unheard of! A tip is what I feel like giving AFTER the service! And 50% tip ? Even with an excellent job, no one ever received a 50% tip! My back was in so much pain and they were the only place opened on a Sunday. So I had my massage. First, at 12:30 she opened the door and just pointed y to let me know to go in. Never said anything else so I sat there for 5 mins when she came back to tell me to go ahead undress & get on table. Five minutes into our session, door flew open and she was speaking loudly to coworkers. That happened 2 more times. It was quite annoying when you are trying to relax. At one point she got up and left for 5 minutes. It was mediocre. Nothing special. We stopped exactly at 1:30. So I didn't even get a full "60 minutes ". Don't go here. I won't be going back! For the 30 minutes session $30, she said it is $20 "mandatory tips" so you are looking at $50 for 30 minutes and $90 for 60 minutes! Scam! read more

Went in to see if they did reflexology, foot massages, because that is on their website and they let us know that they do not. It's $60 an hour for a full body massage. Decided to go ahead and make the appointment and was told that it's $60 for the massage plus a $30 tip that is required for the massage therapist. One that's illegal, you can't require a tip to be a certain amount, and that means your massages are $90 an hour because you don't pay your employees. You expect your customers to. Mediocre at best. Met at reception with broken English. Needs updating and worn down. Uncomfortable massage table. Therapist used way too much oil and very light pressure, despite my request for firm pressure. She tried to get me to remove my underwear. Not ok. Touch was far too sensual. When I went to tip her she asked for $20. I was willing to tip $12. She was disrespectful and slammed the pen on the counter. I will not be back. I walked in to get a massage with 60.00 gift card good for an hour. They lady stopped my massage after 30 minutes and said she had am appointment. I explained my gift card was for an hour. She should have told me to come back later for my full hour. The massage was ok. But after shorting me 30 minutes, she asked for 10.00 for her time. I was very annoyed. There has not been a review here for awhile so I will make one. I have been to this place twice. I have been driving thru Jackson a lot lately and needed some kinks in my back worked out from too much driving. There seems to be two women working there. An older lady and a younger one. Both are good for different reasons. The older lady gives good deep tissue massage. She worked out the kinks in my back better. Her fingers found the knots in my back and got rid of them. The younger one is a smaller person and did not do as deep a Massage. I did not ask her to Massage harder (maybe she can) because I was enjoying her more "relaxing" massage. A very nice massage after hours in the car. Question is, which style Massage do I want next time? I am not sure. I guess, I I have sore muscles from gardening or lifting.... I will go with the older lady (sorry I don't know their names). If I am tired from driving or sitting in front of a computer all day, I will go with the younger one. read more

I went there last Tuesday evening. I called ahead and asked if they had an opening and they said yes come in. I went and when I walked in the door she was very nice and asked me what I wanted, so I said the one hour massage. She said "That $50 dollars" I then gave her $60 and she said that the sixty was the finish price as I had to leave her a $10 tip. I said that I haven't even received the massage yet and I have to pay you $10 for a tip now? She just said that it was the finish price and I had to pay now or no massage. If I could give no stars I would. I am writing this review in the parking lot after my experience. I went in for a 60 minute foot massage. I was initially impressed as the place seemed clean and quiet. I was taken into a room for my massage by the woman up front. She seemed pleasant enough and the massage started out well. I was surprised they don't use liners when soaking feet. They use a plastic bucket that I did not see sanitized. A trash bag liner costs very little and protects against cooties. My guess is they don't get a lot of "foot" customers. Shortly into the massage, there was loud noise. Somebody was watching television loudly. The woman shut the door when I complained. There was music playing and the player kept skipping which was not relaxing at all. I heard a man come in and then the woman working on me left and came back with another woman. She spoke to her in their language and the next thing I knew, the second woman was working on me and the first disappeared without explanation. The second woman was lousy. She rubbed some lotion on my leg and then roughly wiped my feet off with a towel. They also only do one side whereas every other foot massage place I have does both. The door opened again, she left the room and I heard another man come in asking for a massage. She came back in dropped the towel on me and said "you're done. " It was not a full 60 minutes. She then told me how much I would be tipping the first woman. I hadn't even paid yet She then proceeded to charge my card for the tip. It was very confusing. When I questioned her, she got angry and began screaming to the first woman. It was obvious she was talking about me. She was incredibly nasty. I asked for clarification since they were speaking so I could not understand what they were saying. It was as if she was spitting venom. I told her I would be reviewing them online. They are unprofessional and obviously have no desire to have female clients. Also, why is there a lay down shower in the back as well as a stand up shower? I've never seen such an apparatus. WORST massage I have ever had! I have been to many foot massage places before, always received a full massage both front & back, for $19.99, not here, only 1/2 the massage I am used to receiving. Web site advertised this price, but when went in was told that was only "grand opening" price. The lady massasing me, stopped to take several phone calls along with taking a delivery, I sat waiting. The music was so bad & kept skipping that I adked it to be turned off. I have never left without leaving a tip, but did this time, I don't tip for bad service and will NEVER go back!! read more

So this place has been beat up on reviews. My wife and I gave it a shot because there was no where else open after 6 pm. I have to say the lady did a great job. The studio is clean and quiet. Nice massage... But they couldn't even speak English, I had to point to the sign to tell them what I wanted.... At the end, clear as day, in English... She asked me for a TIP! Asked me for her tip before I could even offer one, I was appalled. So then I ask for two fives from my ten... I was upset that she asked so I was only going to tip $7 or $8 (lucky she was still getting that after asking) so she argued with one of her coworkers about giving me change, then continues to walk back and only throw 1-$5 bill back at me... That's right, didn't even hand me back my 2-$5 bills.... needless to say that was all she got was $5. I can't believe the way she handled that! Warning Fellow Massage Connoisseurs: DRAGON MASSAGE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND STRESSFUL TO DEAL WITH!!! I had an awful first experience today. I was confronted about a tip at the end of my session as though it was an obligatory thing and when I explained to these women, both the receptionist and the masseuse whom had worked on me, that " I did not have extra tip money",(beyond the small offering I had made to begin with), these people started yelling and arguing and told me to leave. Funny how they couldn't interpret English to help achieve comfort at the beginning of my session, yet spoke perfect English when demanding $10.00 dollars as a tip. Also, on top of completely unprofessional DOWNRIGHT-RUDE customer service, they're draping techniques are crude and over-exposing, because at one point the lady actually dis-robed my breasts, and throughout the entire session as she worked, she moved the draping towel in very very unprofessional revealing ways,...I should know I am a licensed Massage Practitioner, and will NEVER RETURN TO SUCH A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, I seriously doubt they hold any legitimate or legal right to practice the field of service they pretend to provide to the public, and; furthermore, after reading the reviews here, I wouldn't be surprised if they were offering "eXXXtra-Therapeutic" services, if you catch my drift? :-( read more

Don't even waste your money here! I have had many Chinese massages, including China. In my area, they charge $20. for an hour foot massage that includes your back, neck, shoulders and arms. They charged $35. even though their business card says $25. It was by far the worst massage I ever had. I asked for stronger, but she said she couldn't do it any harder. I asked for a man and there was none. Her English was very poor, but that's pretty much the norm in these places, but they usually have someone who can interpret. When I asked about my back, she said her boss told her not to do the back. Bologna! It is always part of a Chinese Foot massage. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. read more
