No explanation as to why it is called something different on Yelp, so I gave her a heads-up on that. So I'll let her handle it (I'm thinking she was the owner but she didn't indicate). 2. Nothing available. "All our flowers this weekend are spoken for." She did, however, offer to deliver in a few days, which I did decline in favor of a different mode. 3. Points at least for answering the phone promptly on a weekend that is apparently extremely busy, no doubt unusually busy or out of flowers more quickly as Memorial Day weekend just passed a few days back. Will bookmark and keep on record as potential sale for the future, as the lady was nice, prompt, and informative.

I told him he should have just left and gone someplace else. He showed her pictures of his dates dress and she started picking it apart telling him what all was wrong with the dress and how it was a difficult color to match. He requested a certain flower that would have matched well, but she said these are hard flowers to grow and they don't carry them, besides the fact that those wouldn't match. Who cares?! It's what the girl wanted. Anyhow, the woman just told him she'd put something together that'd be good enough. Had I known this the day he went by I would've cancelled the order and had him go somewhere else. Prom is tonight. We shall see how her flowers look for further review. Okay.....he got the flowers and they're gorgeous. Thank God! He said a different lady was there that helped him and he said she took time to give him some advice and talked to him. So, I'm changing my rating from one star to four. People do not realize how important customer service is. People who are rude to they're customers should keep up the same standards that they require when they are the customer.

The cheapest of anything I could find was $40 and when I was trying to ask her if there were anything smaller or cheaper to bring to the visitation (in a vase to set on a table) and she just gave me the dumbest look like she had no idea what I was talking about and I'm crazy. I showed her the flowers I was looking at as an example (just wanting smaller/ cheaper) and all she said was "those are cemetery flowers." I realized this, hence why I was asking for anything else. She made me so uncomfortable and felt stupid for asking. There's no grocery store with a flower department around so I ended up having to go to the funeral empty handed.
