I viewed one of their cars in November 2015 and they didn't like being asked questions at all. I simply asked standard questions i.e. if the car I was interested in had been HPI checked and was abruptly told yes all their cars are HPI checked, however because of the shifty and quite frankly rude attitude when speaking to them I felt something wasn't right (the car had already been there for many months without being reduced) so I asked a mechanic to look at the car for me and he believed the car to have previously had considerable front end damage so maybe not HPI checked after all? They obviously think the consumer to be stupid. Once my band had a gig in a rented van. when we came back from the show we had one seriously dirty van and we had 30 minutes to deliver it back to the rental place. However, after one particularly dirty drive to Birmingham, I happened upon this place, and seeing that they'd do a wash (without a dry) for just £3, I decided to give it a go. The guys working were all very friendly, working quickly and efficiently, and I can safely say I got my money's worth. Sparkle offers a range of services, going right up to a £50 for a full exterior clean and polish, full interior clean, and even an engine clean! My car's worth less than £50 so I couldn't really justify that, but if the quality of their £3 service is anything to go by, I'm sure they'd do a great job.

They have a decent selection of cars available, which are parked out on the street during their opening hours. Their window display also has a whiteboard showing their full stock list. Their repair and MOT centre does a brisk trade. As I have a pretty old car I have trouble with it from time-to-time and I always ask the fellas there to take a look. Most of the time they simply offer advice (such as the time my wife left the car without petrol in it.....rather embarrassing!) but on the odd occasions they have done actual work on the car they have always been reasonable in their estimates and prices. Basically being a dealership I find them quite expensive and I can get work done cheaper elsewhere. However, when my wing mirrors have been knocked off or I cant start the car they do always come good, just not necessarily at the most competitive prices. Beware of traffic wardens if you leave your car on the road outside the front of the forecourt as it is regularly patrolled.
