They have numerous of exactly the same thing but she said they have no way of knowing how much they cost. I called several times this morning B4 heading over there on the bus but no answer. Their return policy is not listed anywhere I could find. She said it is posted in the store & not her fault their phone doesn't work, that they don't list their return policy online & not sure what I expect her to do. I just wanted store credit for an item only costing $18, they would be getting a pricier item back. She refused & I asked her to call the owner & she sd no answer. I will never shop there again. So rude! Who asks for a receipt when receiving a gift? I don't & have never had a problem returning a Xmas gift for store credit B4 in my life. I cannot believe they can't figure out their own pricing!
