I ordered individual magic cards from them and received them in about 2 weeks and they are across the country from where I live. They arrived in great condition. I am very surprised to see others not receiving their packages. It must have to do with COVID and the supply lines being minimized and shipping being slow. In case the message wasn't yet clear enough, adding my miserable experience to the long list of others. Took a gamble and pre-ordered a few items from this company in October. Similar to the experience of seemingly everyone else who orders from this company, the missed shipment dates were explained away as distributor problems. They can't tell me when they are going to receive product. They can't tell me where my order is in queue. Now that I've started the refund process, they can only approve a set number of refunds per day. They can't tell me where I am in refund queue. They can't tell me when my refund might be processed. Their business practices are abundantly clear, and I'll go through the formal process of filing a BBB complaint. I'm just hopeful to get some portion of my money back before this company goes under. read more

Put in a preorder in 9/21/21 in the amount of $150 usd. They oversold this product in the preorder and on 10/22/21, they sent an email saying how they put in an order to distributor for 5000 but only got 3. As someone who's been in retail business, I tried to understand. On 10/23/21, I got a email from them saying that there are 690 orders ahead of mine and that sucks but I didn't think much about it. Fast forward to December of 2021. I sent them an email about a follow up about the product. Got an email reply about how the distributors are not sending enough etc etc. Fast forward to January of 2022 where I sent an another email about an update for this and no response. And now here we are 2/26/2022 where I have sent an periodic email weekly with no response. I cannot believe a local game shop can have such untechnical and shady preorder practices and habits. Avoid this store, they are scammers 1. They intentionally over sold tons of items and never plan or able to fulfill them. Google their notorious records from others. 2. They purposefully ghost, delete, or block you when you ask your money back. That's why they limit the comment from their FB pages. They definitely got some sketchy issues that they keep having sales on their website and never plan to fulfill it. They just want the free interest loan from you. For people who are looking: 1. If you're considering buying from this store, simply avoid it. They are scammers. 2. For people who are still waiting for the orders: Just do the credit card disputes. Don't listen to their lies that keeps you waiting. You get money back instantly from CC company when you dispute, and it will lower their credit rating and have them pay the disputes fees. I have been in Sumter for about 2 years now, and am an avid game player. MTG is my primary focus, but am a collector of fun and odd board games as well. I pre-ordered products through dragonfly games, and on release date, they advised that they had sold my product already. I was dismayed and stated that i receieved no email to pickup, or even about not having enough product come in. Nothing. The only resolution was refund, which is ok, but i had plans for the preordered product that were ruined due to greed and profit chasing. Completely ripped off. I ordered 6 Pokémon Celebrations Collector Chest and 2 Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection Boxes, 1 Celebrations ETB and 1 Fusion Strike ETB totaling nearly $700 worth of merchandise. I actually spoke to them three times on these orders. The first call they got a "manager" on the phone and he assured me they were getting their Celebrations product from the 2nd and 3rd Wave. Those dates went by, so second call I was told they only got 7 items in and they didn't even say which items. I tried asking about the items I ordered and she repeated again, "we only got 7 of those items in" so I asked again "what about the items on my order how many did you receive of those certain products." I get there isn't a manager in today can you please leave name and number and they will call you. It was a Sunday so I Ok, but I had a bad feeling. I never got that call, actually got to speak to somebody a few weeks ago and same thing No Manager, blablabla! Now I am so angry, nothing worse that a lying, thief. Hopefully the credit card company will try to recoop the money or pay me back for what reason they would I don't know. Left a message today on the one extension that have a busy signal, can't email them and their website has been down for at least 2 weeks as far as I know. Robbing people is a crime the last I heard.
