These people are kind, patient and creative. They have so many different items to choose from to fit your needs such as wicking material, tank tops, hoodies and even pants! They also do heat press vinyl for cups, vehicles, keychain, ornaments etc. Embroidery your logo can be digitized to your liking such as size and how many colors. Threads of almost any color they call it the rainbow wall haha. Screenprinting is so awesome they can do so many colors I think up to 5 or 6. When you talk to them about what you want they actually listen and treat you like family well actually better than family. No one can beat their prices in town hands down! We will never use them ever again this was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. We had 18 shirts made up for our Race Team. Pretty simple order our logo on the left side, our names on the right side, website on the right sleeve lastly our job title on the left side. We were impressed at first by the quality of work in the display room and the nice selection and quality of the shirts. So we selected our color and type of shirt and agreed on the price of $980 and paid up front they agreed on a completion date 9 days from our first meeting of May 2nd 2018 as we had a large charity event we were attending on May 12th and we wanted to look our best. Then everything went down hill First getting the order started and the logo ready for print took over 8 days. Then they called the next day and said they indeed didn't have the shirts we ordered in stock on day 9. So here we are day 14. May 15th 2018 charity event is over and we still don't have our shirts. So now it's day 17 after we made the order and so we are done playing phone tag and we go into the shop and ask what's going on. They give us a sob story and tell us they will have them done by the end of the day. Turns out they got them done however half the order isn't done and 5 of the shirts are done incorrectly and the stitching is completely messed up. So we take them back down to the shop to show them and they shrug there shoulders and said they will fix them. NOW IT'S JUNE 11th 2018 that's 41 DAYS AFTER We made our order and We are still waiting for the rest of our order. So we drove back down to the store in Sumter walked in the store again to see if the rest of our order is done and to no surprise another ohhh we just got them in and will be starting on them tomarrow apparently they had to order all new shirts to fulfill our order. This has been nothing short of a train wreck I recommend not ever using them for your embroidery needs. We have wasted more time and money then we should have. We have been Tempted to take what finished garbage product they made back and demand a refund. We have learned two important lessons here. #1 never pay the full amount up front to these people as you will not get your product on time or the way you want it. #2 never use them again. The sad part about all of this is we were hoping to place a bulk order for 200 hats, 500 coozies and 1,200 shirts for our racing apparel sales but that opportunity will never come forward given how they couldn't handle a simple order plus the way they handle there customer service is terrible. I hope you all read this and avoid this place at all costs if I could give them a zero star if I could but the lowest I can give is a 1 star. I hope no one else has to go through what we did.
