You can read the bios and choose who you would like to work with and then choose an available appointment day and time. We chose to have our six year old's ears pierced here because of the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. It's important to note that if you're piercing your child's ears, go to their website and read it first. You need to bring a copy of the child's birth certificate and pay a reservation fee. The website provides lots of helpful information. Once we arrived for the appointment, I was impressed with the relaxed yet lovely setting. There are several display cases of various body jewelry. Merchandise is also available. And there are two seating areas. We were greeted immediately by a friendly employee, checked in and then we met with Barron who is a professional body piercer. He was very informative, patient and professional. The private piercing room was very clean and several steps were taken to ensure sterilization. The piercing process was efficient. Barron explained his process and followed up with aftercare information to ensure her new piercings healed correctly. Now, when it comes to piercing, you get what you pay for. The service and jewelry at Born This Way is more expensive than a say a business offering a piercing gun and nickel-free jewelry. But, Born This Way provides a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
