Small win in court! I took JAG Plumbing to small claims after they abandoned equipment in my sewer…read moreline and refused to take responsibility. The judge ruled in my favor and awarded me damages. It feels good to have some accountability -- persistence pays off! This is what happened. They did not know how to control their snake as they were helping to fix a blockage. Their snake got caught and they were unable to remove it. They did not provide any options to remedy the situation. While their business card says they have insurance, they refused to give me their insuarnce information to help remove and repair the damage. I had my lawyer send a demand letter and JAG did not respond. The Ohio Attorney General got involved and JAG refused to respond to them. My last resort is taking them to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they hide rather than try to help you.

He talks a lot and was supposed to install the heater but said he couldn't because you guys messed up the order (something to do with LOWES recommendation not working with our setup). Lowes was going to cover the installation fee when we complained about your terrible service - my husband was going to accept the offer until you or your employee told LOWES, "as long as the guy that was there that morning is not there." I found Actions name and thought I would give them a call thinking it would probably be another place that wouldn't be able to help, when I talked to the owner Mike I was so glad I called. Mike was able to come out immediately and get a new boiler on its way. He had his technicians out the next morning to replace our old boiler and put in a new one.
