The guy didn't have the right tools to pressure test the lines and had to call another guy to come out with the low-pressure pump. When said and done I asked for an estimate for repairs. John was supposed to email me my estimates for repairs, but I've been ghosted for about a month now. Paid the $185.00 for the 2 hours of the guy sitting in his truck and walking back and forth. Job should have taken no more than an hour to do. I do not recommend this company.

The company made installation errors, only correcting one of many. These errors resulted in high electrical bills because our water pipes froze ...due to the mini splits failure, shutting down in the sub zero temps. All promises were lies from their sales team. It was hard to get them to come in with the warranty to fix problems. The system shut down in the cold multiple times last winter. They wanted to blame all of this on cleaning issues, however the units (we have 5) were all actively leaking coolant. We eventually had to call another company to help us... The other company was surprised by the shotty work done by A&W, and that they would have sold us the mini splits we still have and will need to add heaters to in order to get by again this winter. Please do yourself a favor and find another group... This was stressful, freezing, and a huge money pit trying to figure this whole mess out.

I found Actions name and thought I would give them a call thinking it would probably be another place that wouldn't be able to help, when I talked to the owner Mike I was so glad I called. Mike was able to come out immediately and get a new boiler on its way. He had his technicians out the next morning to replace our old boiler and put in a new one. Best plumber I've ever used…read more My shower faucet had been previously installed in a way that was not terrible but definitely quirky and problematic. The issue that had arisen seemed complicated and possibly pricey to fix. Montana at Rooter Right promptly found a sensible solution, one that didn't require tearing out the wall and starting over. He was patient and generous with his time, explaining what had caused the issue, and suggested various options for the fix. I deferred to his professional judgment, and he fixed the problem and secured the handle far better than the original installer had. This was only supposed to be an estimate, but he was so smart and ready for anything that the problem was fixed on the spot and at a very reasonable price. On a personal note, unlike nearly every other home repair person I have worked with, Montana never put down the prior work done to make himself look good. He was fair and objective, never bashing prior people's work. It gave me much more trust in him, confidence in his skills, and respect for his good character. Many, many thanks to Montana. Now I need to look for more plumbing problems so I can hire him again! Apologies for the 5 stars. I wanted to leave 10 but the system wouldn't let me.
