I thought we'd have to wait...they came back the very next day and went above and beyond fixing our issues with old plumbing and a leak with our toilet. Just because I can compare...our contractor had a plumber do our work with a new water heater and the amount he charged was astronomical and he charged every time he came back because he not only took his sweet time coming back he charged a service fee which these guys did not. I felt for the amount of time and work these 2 guys put in it was by far a fair price! I HIGHLY recommend. Especially how courteous they were wearing foot covers and just very nice compared to our overly expensive rude plumber our contractor hired for us.

I explained to all of them including Halls that I had already been without water for 24 hrs, and the first one to get there would get the job and I may have to cancel. The lady at Halls explained to me that if they pulled into my driveway ,I would be charged a service call. So when n another person got here first I called to cancel them from coming out, and no one answered the phone, but I left a message. A little while later they showed up at my home, and I told him I had canceled. So I called the office, while he was here. The lady that answered the phone, told me she did not answer the phone and I would be charged for a service call, even though I left a message to cancel. The repairman came out and screwed the traps back in. Total time. 5 minutes. Time for the bill. They charged me the 78 plus the 138 dollars. For 5 minutes work. Highway Robbery.
