I missed this 10-minute "allowance", but a few minutes later, another "spam" was being shown on the phone. I went to my messages and discovered that it was a notification that the technician was on the way. I called and explained the spam issue because I needed my water restored. The issue was with the company and not with me. I was not going to reschedule. This is an overpriced company that takes advantage of desperate situations. My bill to replace the pipes in a very small area was over $2,000.00. The saga does not end here. I tried to wash clothes this morning, only to discover that the water supply was somehow not reaching the washer. Now, I have to contact another plumber to fix this problem caused by this company.
