Water was entering my basement walls..it was a mess. He came as soon as he could. Cut into the wall and fixed the pipe. Explained that there was a pipe behind the wall for a washer/dryer--the previous owner never documented this or explained it to me (it's a very strange, rear-of-the-house mudroom that was an add-on.) For the second visit, I had a sewage back up. He came and diagnosed it, and fixed it by cleaning up the sewer line under the street. Apparently, my home piping is pretty sturdy and modern, but the pipes under the street are old and thin. So I have to be careful what gets flushed down my toilet. Yet another thing the prior owner didn't inform me of, and I had to learn at a cost to paying Ray from Streamline to fix. At least he was reasonable! I will definitely hire him again.
