I looked at the list 5 or 6 contractors, and waited for someone to contact me. Lucio was not only the first to contact me, and in a short time, he was also the first on the list provided by Home Advisor. When I saw a score of 4.9 out of 5.0 for 35 reviews, I felt sure that I would be well taken care of. When he arrived, I asked Lucio if he had time to fix it that day - make 1 visit instead of 2. He agreed, went for repair supplies and was able to take care of our repair the same day. Of course, the final test will come with the next heavy downpour, but I feel sure we'll be okay. Receiving prompt and efficient service - from the initial phone call to the end result - speaks highly of Lucio. I would recommend him if you have need of roof repairs. I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. The employees I met were…read morenice, but are left handling customer complaints because company policy doesn't permit them to disclose several things. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.
