I worked with four different sales coordinators: one quit, one disappeared, one went on paternity leave--congratulations, Chris--and then I was left dealing with the manager. Communication was poor from the start, the roofing cost shifted from $22K to $28K and then down to $25K, and by the end, I no longer trusted what the manager told me. At the end the final payment wasn't what was expected and the manager was still trying to figure out a discrepancy. I hope he enjoys the tip on his commission. The roof looks great but be cautious about the process and the final cost.
