This has been a HORRIFIC ordeal to say the least. 1. Had to call SEVERAL times just to book the reservation. (She's not available via phone.) 2. It took over 39 emails, ONLY way to reach her, to get payments, travel schedules and accommodations in place. (why sooooo much contact for one trip?) 3. Three days BEFORE departure, no itinerary or travel documents received. I had to go thru ALL of the emails to locate my VARIOUS travel information. She said she mailed it ( hummm..okay ) 4. I found out she changed my flight which had me getting to Florida ON cruise day, BUT she had me pay for a hotel room to be there the night BEFORE cruise day. 5. I called to ask her about a itinerary (thinking I might have made a mistake, since they're were SO MANY emails) and of course voicemail! I emailed her and she responded over 13 hours later, via email, with a run around about getting me a itinerary. She then called crying saying this had never happened before and that she realized her error when she begun typing out the itinerary I requested. 6. She corrected her error by correcting my flights BUT she complained the whole time saying SHE was out of allot of monies for this. **I'm confused aren't I the customer? **Did I not PAY for your services AND my travel already? (No offer of ANY additional services, upgrades, credits and/or refunds for the stress or inconvenience. Had I NOT CAUGHT HER ERROR I guess I would've been stuck..WOW) 7. Day of departure, FINALLY receive travel documents. No itinerary in the documents to explain my travel details. There were LOTS of papers various emails, printed confirmations...etc...It was a mess! 8. Oh did I mention upon returning, I'll be at the airport for 8 hours before my flight leaves. She booked this without any regard for my time. I'M DONE WITH THIS POST AND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!

NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again.
