The paint was never primed and is peeling in every room, not to mention the pathetic job with no crisp edge lines ANYWHERE. The master bath faucet crumbled in my hands the first time I turned the water on. Galvanized pipe was used to install the water heater and blew out after 4 years creating a flood in my garage. They refuse to answer their phone (once they flag your number) or return voicemails and even ignore social media  messages (which as you know you are alerted that they have read them). Unprofessional and plain heartless as I have been disabled and unable to work the past year due to a traumatic leg injury. I paid 300K cash for this house and was treated this way. AVOID!

I never had a contract with the original roofer, nor G&E, but they are suing me for "materials used for the roof on my house" - despite me never receiving a bill from anyone nor having any sort of contact with them. I looked them up on OSCN and they filed two identical lawsuits on 4/15/2026 in McClain County and five identical lawsuits on 4/17/2026 in Oklahoma County as well. Buyer (or anyone) beware! This appears to be some sort of new scam.

In the…read morebeginning, the gentleman that I spoke with was very kind and friendly; but I did have to push for my contract. So, the day of the dig, the guys that came out were great! Very friendly. But, let it me noted that they leave really huge piles of dirt and rocks behind that you have to figure out what to do with yourself. So, the shelter was installed. Then, a few days later, I finally got to go and check out this new shelter. I had not really payed any attention to it, as my husband was outside with the guys while they installed it (its a guy thing). So, I grab the door handle, to look inside, and I immediately noticed it has some unusual handle, like an RV handle. It was flat/flush with the door. When I grabbed the door handle mechanism I couldn't open the door. This RV camper-type handle just kept flipping my fingers and I couldn't grip it to open the door. The shelter was not installed with the big, heavy-duty handle-type door that their website shows and that I have had on previous storm shelters that I've had. To me, this was a serious safety issue; I need to be able to open the door and get into my shelter. I contacted the business and spoke with the same gentleman that sold me the shelter and he referred me to another guy, who called me right away. This other guy said during COVID the handles changed. I told him that I couldn't even open/grab the door handle to get it open and that the Oklahoma Shelter Website showed the heavy-duty handles. He reminded me that I was the only person with that problem, but he said he could come out and add some type of mechanism (not the heavy-duty door handle they advertised and that I expected). However, he said our warranty would not be valid. I went back and forth a few times with the company and got nowhere. They basically just wanted me to keep the rv-type handle, but they could add some part to the door. I repeatedly told them I just wanted the proper/heavy-duty door handle, like they advertised. I did not ask for anything (discount, refund, etc)., I just wanted the proper door handle that they advertised (heavy-duty type). I got nowhere, so I filed a complaint with BBB. The company's response back was not nice. I am very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend them. They advertise and show a completely different handle (heavy-duty type) and they want me to settle with some cheezy RV-type handle that I can't even open the door with. We are just gonna let people know about our experience with this company and move on. We now have to contact another company to come out and replace the handle mechanism or the entire door. If I can't open a storm shelter during a tornado, because of their rv-type door handle mechanism, then we have a serious problem. I've owned two other storm shelters, from other companies, and never have had this flat, rv-type handle that I can't grip and open the door with; I've always had the big, heavy-duty type handle.

Honest honest business!…read more We had a fence installed by another company who wanted to charge us some astronomical price to put up a panel that fell (the entire fence began falling down panel by panel over the next few months and the other fence company wouldn't honor their warranty)... I called around to several fence companies to see if someone could come out for a more reasonable price and Mustang Fence called me back immediately. Not only did he come out for a third of the price the other guy was going to but he came out on one of the 105 degree days that summer! He not only put the panel back up but walked our fence (which goes around our 1 acre property) and he repaired several other panels that were getting ready to fall. He then told me the reason they were all falling was because of the way it was installed to begin with. I figured this was a ploy for him to get my business to 'fix' it, but when I asked him how much he would charge to finish the job that the other company cheated me on, he said "Well, I could do it but it would be a lot cheaper for you to do it yourself." and he told me exactly what I needed to do and what materials I needed to buy to do it myself. --- and we did and haven't had a problem with our fence since! All I called him out for was to nail back up a panel that fell, he did that AND fixed about 7 other falling panels in the dead heat of summer when no one else wanted to come out! AND told me exactly how to fix the problem on the rest of the fence to prevent the panels from continuing to fall... ALL for the one price that he quoted me to begin with that was a third of the price of the other fence company.... Now that is honest business in my book! Mustang fence is now in my contacts on my phone because they will be the only people we call for any fence work in the future! Thank you Mustang Fence!!!!!!
