SLICK SALES PITCH - POOR PERFORMANCE…read more Southlake Builders re-roofed my home. I had numerous issues in the process. They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I'm still picking up nails and roofing material in my yard that was supposed to be removed. They also broke all of my flowerbed yard lights and a ceramic bird bath. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.
