We love KinderCare and we feel so fortunate to have found it when we needed childcare. Our toddler has been going here for almost 6 months and loves it! The director, Stephanie, is very hands on and involved, which we greatly appreciate. She gives personalized attention to our child and is responsive and communicative always. Her teachers, Jorene and Sukanya, have also been amazing. They send regular updates with photos and narratives on the app throughout the day. Nothing but amazing and positive experiences and energy from here. my little guy started there when he was 3 month old. As a first time mom I was so scared to send him so young to daycare - once my husband and I toured the place and met the infant teachers we knew this was a great place for him and us. Natalia is the best! She cares so deeply and my son adores her. Stephanie was such a wonderful director and Sarah has been amazing to work with as the new director. The toddler teachers Arlene and Rian are wonderful with him and he gets so excited when we get to the classroom and is ready to play with his friends. At 16 months old my son has grown so much with the help of KinderCare Draper team and has really been a wonderful experience all around. My son has had a feeding tube the whole time he's been here and has had a few incidents where he's taken it out but the team here was so kind and helpful of calming him and making sure I knew and helping however they could. I really had the best experience with the whole team and KinderCare in general. If we weren't moving I know for sure I'd keep him there. read more

I was worried about the reviews before checking this place out online, but considering how old the bad reviews were I thought I'd at least have a look. I'm so glad I did! My baby has been going about 4 months now and he's 8 months old. From the moment I started taking him I've loved it. All of the infant teachers are the sweetest, most patient people I've met. They are really involved with child development and great at communicating. They did parent teacher conferences for the infants! He has always participated in any activities they do even before he could sit up on his own and I've seen him grow exponentially. The front office staff is amazing too! I'm on autopay and have never had any issues with billing. Their director really takes ownership of everything. I've been so impressed that I had to write a review. Update: I still love them! My little guy is 2 and the staff here is like family to him. He asks about them on the weekends and talks about all of the things he does in the day. Now that he's two, there's a world of extra activities available to him on top of the fun he already has. I just signed him up for summer "camp" and soccer. The school has puppet shows, magic shows, holiday parties for the whole family and all kinds of other included activities as well. read more

My daughter has been going to KinderCare in Draper for a year now. I have always felt that the teachers and directors truly care about her. In June there was a change in directors. It's always scary when there is a change in management, but I have been thrilled with the change. I was never unhappy before, but since Karen and Alysha have taken over as director and assistant director I have noticed improvements in the center. The staff always greets my daughter with a big smile at drop off and a sweet goodbye at pick up. KinderCare has an app that they use to provide updates about my daughter's day. Most days I get a picture or video of my daughter enjoying her time there and participating in fun activities. They also really helped with potty training which was wonderful! My family moved from CA to UT in Feb 2019 and transferred our almost 2 year old son to the KinderCare from San Jose to Draper. As any parent would be, we were so concerned with our son transitioning to a new school. From the moment he arrived he was welcomed by such warm and loving teachers. It is obvious he genuinely loves and cares for his teachers and friends, for he speaks about them often. Through Covid, the school has done excellent with communicating with parents and doing their best to accommodate to everyones needs and keep our children safe! Further, the curriculum and activities taught by the teachers is absolutely incredible. My son has learned so much and absorbs the lessons so quickly it amazes me! The teachers and Director will go 100% out of their way to ensure each child is taken care of and takes feedback exceptionally well. I want to give a sincere thank you to his teachers Mrs. Meghan and Ms. Cassie, for we could not have made it through 2020 without you. And lastly, a HUGE thank you and love to Director Mrs. Alysha. Mrs. Alysha is my families little blessing. Her warmth and genuine love and care for the KinderCare children shines so brightly throughout the entire school. Come to Kindercare if you want to get ripped off. The Draper Kindercare is one of the cleaner and up-to-date daycare in the area. It is very secure and has an advance online bill payment which allows you to make payments via credit card and bank accounts. You can print your payment history. My problem with Kindercare is the pricing strategy. What type of business charges you when they are closed? They bill you for the holidays. They bill you for their training day. They bill you when you are on vacation. For the high price that they charge, this will add up significantly! Beware of their hidden fees. Kindercare has an application fee, an annual enrollment fee, and a field trip fee. This is another way that they can extort more money from you. My biggest issue with Kindercare is the cancelation policy. They require a 2 weeks notice. This is a huge problem when you go on vacation. This will still bill you at the full rate when you are not using their service. This is also a problem when a household income decreases and you want to save on expenses. I am a busy working parent. Time and convenience are important. I was under their mercy when I started bringing my kids there. They would threatened me that I would lose my spot if I do not pay for days that they are closed. They would also say that if I cancel, that they are full and I may not get my spot back. Now I know that this is not the case. I have started using their services in the summer of 2018 and have noticed that the number of school-age kids have dropped. The enrollment has decreased by at least half. There are numerous daycares around this area. Kindercare's prices are high. They have hidden fees. They have a 2 week cancelation policy. They bill you when they are closed. Beware of these issues before you start enrolling your dependents there. read more

Our kids attended Draper KinderCare for about a year. They were definitely expensive, but great! Miss Tina especially was a wonderfully kind and patient kindergarten teacher for our son. Miss Jessica was equally wonderful with the after school kids, but is no longer there. We appreciate the care and attention our kids received. They loved their teachers and made some great friends. It looks clean, organized, but I have a few things to say.. the playground doesn't seem fun. The reception is disorganized. The staff seemed robotic. I agree with the review below, these "corporations" shouldn't be in the business of teaching my kids... I look for a place that is warm, loving, that is appealing to playtime, sensory based play... nothing of that is there. - And it's more expensive than most places, no discounts, bcs afterall you are a number. read more

This is an initial first-time visitor review: I was very happy with the cleanliness of the facility. The different age groups have their own playgrounds, which I really liked. It was my daughter's first day being away from me (she's 3) and when I called to check on her, the receptionist walked down the hall to her classroom to get a report on her directly from her teacher. When I arrived at the end of the day, she was happy to see me, but said "I like my new school!" And when I asked her if she wanted to go back, she said yes. This daycare is AMAZING!!!! My son has been going since he was about 5 months. We first started going part time, 2 days a week, but then I eventually started taking him full time. Since then he has progressed so wonderfully. My family has even noticed the change in my son. As soon as we get there in the mornings he wants to not only hug his teachers but the ladies in the office. The management and teachers have made sure to get to know my family. Too much bureaucracy in this place. Young children are forced to nap with full lights blaring above them in case a teacher were to trip on them... hello! Needless to say our son had a hard time napping there and would often be cranky. Our son was a bit different and too much active and they did not like that. These daycare corporations only want to make money and they prefer to have robots, not children with different personalities. Still they found the time to write a daily list of "bad things" he was doing, minute by minute sometimes... obviously caring for children in this day care gave them a lot of time for useless activities. They ended up kicking our son out of there when he was almost 3 with a 3 days notice - nice. The staff is really friendly, competent, and organized. They do a great job with my two month old son. He isn't just stuck in a seat all day which is nice. They make sure that the room is very clean and there aren't a ton of babies to each adult so my son gets plenty of attention. The price seemed comparable to other daycares of the same facility quality (I found one daycare for less, but upon touring the other place I quickly understood why it was cheaper; tons of babies stuck in swings with few adults watching them and a poorly maintained, dirty facility interior.
