Due to recent staffing changing and the boards failure to quickly refill some positions; my son left the building while upset and his absence was unnoticed for 10+ minutes. Teachers who started the year full of energy and optimism are depleted and trying their best while not being given breaks or resources. It breaks my heart how much things changed. We have now had to spend months searching for a new school and nothing can match the special environment that was lost when Hilltop decided to close half the school.

Children are not being educated to the standards that Kindercare claims. Teachers are walking out, using fowl language in front of children, being too rough physically with children, and threatening other coworkers and their safety. There is obvious favoritism and because of this and lack of passion, the teachers do not get the support and assistance that is needed. I would never allow my child to go here.

Preschool staff are supposed to be trained in being a primary reporter for children's well being, it was shocking that they would so casually make an accusation of this nature and raised enormous red flags as to the type of employee culture of this preschool.

I have been to the Sandy location to drop things off or pick up grandchildren and noticed many of the Sugahouse staff are working at the Sandy center. My children and grandchildren have always enjoyed the activities, field trips, and time they have spent there. Over 25 years trusting the care of my family to Devlin's and they have never disappointed me or my kids.
