They disposed of original fixtures and I had no working bathtub for 2 months while they claimed they were trying to get parts. Was finally told bathtub fixtures could not be installed unless I removed tile. Since the owner of this company stated he could not get the job done he agreed to issue a partial refund. No refund has been received. I hired another plumber who had no problem installing bathtub fixtures. Edit: I offered multiple times to buy new fixtures but was told that would not resolve the issue and as of 7/27/26 still have not received the partial refund.

We called around and our nearby marinas were closed, but Grand Harbor Marina's website said they were open until 5 PM. I called and talked to a real person who confirmed that they were open and selling gas until 5. We got here very close to empty at 4:05 PM. They were closed and the self serve pumps were turned off. It's bad enough that the website hours were wrong but even worse, I was lied to by the woman who answered the phone at the marina. We never would have left the house if she said they were closing at four.
