Dr. Haywood and his team help me to maintain my dental health and beautiful, bright white teeth. I found Dr. Haywood on Yelp. I wrote an accurate, descriptive review of Dr. Haywood, his services, personnel, and office on Yelp and Google. I first visited Dr. Haywood about five years ago because I thought I had a cavity because of the sensitivity of a molar, on the right side of my mouth, while chewing food. During the exam, Dr. Haywood reviewed the X-rays and explained to me that he understood why I was experiencing pain while eating food. I said that I had four fractured molars. I suffer from Epilepsy and have nighttime seizures. Over the last few years, I must have fractured my molars during the seizures while I was asleep. Dr. Haywood performed extensive work on the fractured teeth. He made a nightguard for me to wear while I sleep which has prevented any future fractures. In addition to the four crowns, Dr. Haywood completed minor cosmetic work on other teeth to make each tooth perfect visually. Since then, I visited the office for a professional tooth whitening visit. The results were amazing. I got to keep the electronic whitening kit and tubes of professional whitening gel. Whenever I visit the office for cleanings and exams, the hygienist gives me whitening gel at no costs. Although a friendly dentist and team are important to me, competence and expertise trump friendliness. Luckily, Dr. Haywood and his group of professionals combine the best of all worlds.

After reading my review here on yelp, Heather, the owner, contacted me to let me know how sorry she was about what had happened and that she would refund me my money. I was impressed with the way she handled everything in my case, and am very glad that she contacted me. I think that there was just a lack of communication between aesthetician and manager. Heather was very professional and pleasant to deal with, which is definitely great business.

Completed my paperwork and then waited over 1 hour past my scheduled appt to be seen. They claimed it was because my paperwork was entered late. That is not my fault and this is ridiculous. Then I sat in a room for another 15 minutes without anyone even coming in. I will never come here again!
