The staff is professional, personal, compassionate, caring, and they make you feel welcome and at home from the first step inside the door. Unfortunately this review fell short of a 5 star review because one of the massage therapist, Alicia was running late by 10 mins and cut my massage short because she was running late... keep in mind I always arrive promptly to my appointment either 15 to 10 mins early. I found this unprofessional and devalued my time. She gave the person before me an hour and cut mine short by 10 mins so she wouldn't be over for the next person after me. My husband told me she doesn't do deep tissue even if you ask her, he said he was a little disappointed with it. She also made a reference to a woman weight who she just finished massaging prior to me. She made some comments to me regarding it and said that it was a relief to massage me cause I'm smaller. I found this offensive, referring to the weight of her last paitent. It was heartbreaking to hear this cause I literally just listened to the massage patient struggle with weight in the waiting room. This isn't fair or ethically right. It rubbed me the wrong way and myself and my husband will not be having our massage done by her ever again.

After the first couple of adjustments I noticed a HUGE decline in the number of migraines per month. I just called and cancelled a second time in a row. Part because I'm dealing with my autoimmune flare ups and not feeling well enough but mostly because I do not want my personal issue broadcasted to other people. I would like a different therapist at a different location who can respect my need for privacy and not humiliate me in front of people in the waiting room and talking loudly about my condition while we were in the room. He was extremely professional, pleasant, patient and caring. His initial evaluation of my condition was meticulous. He explained each process to me in a simple and in a rationale manner. As a result, I was able to comprehend why certain things were done. I am currently a very happy person, symptomless and well versed in how to deal with my vertigo if it returns. He sprays you with a cold spray, then injects numbing, then does shot. Others I've been to: they inject numbing and cortisone at the same time...why bother? Oh, and you should see the scar (or lack thereof). Some cardio DR could take a lesson!
