I go to another location in town as well sometimes just because it's easier to park, but it doesn't have this amazing spa theme throughout the office.

They didn't do me the same courtesy, even though I have a condition that prevents me from driving (I used to walk to their previous location). This was not by choice. I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.
