The only suggestion I have is putting down anti-slip rugs or pads in the hallway leading to the pool. Even one step with slightly wet feet will end up in tears. I know because it happened. Shoes next time, but that was a painful landing. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. Great location around so many Omaha favorite restaurants. Easy access to the Dodge Expressway. Nice selection of food to order for breakfast at the hotel. Super comfy beds. Cable tv. Wi-Fi everywhere. Great customer service, and knowledgeable staff. That doesn't happen at just any hotel. It happens here, though. I'll be back with my anti-slip shoes.

Hotel Hospitality Horror! We booked a room here online…read morethrough Expedia on 7-31. I used my PayPal account that is directly linked to my checking account for the $125.30 charge. Someone at the front desk made a mistake and charged my account twice. (I have bank statements that prove this $250.60) After pointing out the mistake onsite, we were told that the issue would be resolved and should be deposited in our account in 3-5 days. After this did not occur called to speak with a manager. I was then eventually sent a refund receipt by email on 8-11 by Omaal for $203.54 to a credit card account that certainly isn't mine? I stopped in on 9-2 and spoke with GM Beth to finally clear up this ongoing problem. She was very short, unconcerned and quick to say that a refund had already been issued and there is nothing she can do now to help fix their own mistake?!? THAT IS HER JOB! If your credit card ends in 0579, you are welcome!!!!!!!

We didn't hear from anyone for months. Nothing like adding stress to a bride and groom's wedding! Towards the end of December, we finally pulled the plug and reached back out. Due to personal family situations and the lack of effort or work from House of R - we asked for a refund. After a couple weeks of silence and follow ups, we finally heard back from the team with a confirmation they would issue a refund and stated we should receive within 3-5 business days. The refund NEVER came. Many follow ups, emails, text later - GHOSTED. Thank Goodness our credit card company had out back and was able to dispute the deposit and we got our money back. However, it took 4 months to get to this point. So disappointed. We loved the space and photos of previous work done - but the terrible customer service, zero work done, and lack of follow through with this venue speaks for itself. You've been warned - Just don't waste your time here!

When they say they produce "epic event experiences" they are not kidding - this was a fantastic party! So much thought went into the planning and detail from the décor to the lighting to the food ... there were various Beatles buttons on the tables, drink coasters with song titles, 3 kinds of cake, a bar, charcuterie board, little meat sliders, cardboard cutouts for photo ops, a "phone" to record a message - the list goes on and on. Even the bathroom was decorated and playing Beatles music. The McGuigan Brothers even showed up to play about 90 minutes of Beatles covers (a la their well known Interactive Beatles experience show). The birthday girl had a blast as did her family and friends. Many of us hadn't seen each other in the past couple years and several people even flew into town for the party. This was a great place to host this type of event. I was dropping hints to my spouse that a Bowie themed gathering would be pretty cool someday!!
