And they did it all with a smile and words of encouragement. The store itself is a crafter's paradise. I had my heart set on a Husker door hanger (because, well, priorities), and I pulled it off with the staff's help! We were there for about 2.5 hours and had a reservation for our group of six, which I'd recommend because this place was hopping. My masterpiece set me back $48.18, and I happily tossed a $5 tip in the jar--honestly, I wish I'd had more cash because the staff was that helpful. Great trails to hike and if you are fortunate, you can see the Bald Eagles along the river trail. Very good facilities. Groups can either bring their own food or you can pay extra and the camp will feed the group in their dining hall which is pretty nice as well. Got to meet the Camp Director; Jon Classen, who was very engaging and helpful. Enjoyed chatting with him about the camp and its' history. It holds a full service restaurant, bar, and party rooms towards the front, while boasting a massive amount of play structures and toys in the back half. A few unique items we have not seen combined elsewhere: A play sand box but with crystallized beads instead, a "wipe out" wall course with its own timer to race, and a massive foam pit with a climbing wall. This is in addition to a huge play jungle gym in the middle, with a few free arcade games, and a pretend play city with multiple "shops". Lastly, the toddler ball pit comes with an interactive projector on the slide for even more fun! Our boys had a blast running around between all the variety of activities. Each pass is good for the day, meaning you can stay for 1 hour or 7, it's up to you! While weekend times are a little costly ($35 1st child, $25 2nd), they do have happy hour times where it's only $20, or a monthly membership that includes some discount perks. You definitely get what you pay for here, and you're allowed to leave and come back the same day as long as you have your wrist band. They do require you to buy their own socks ($3) but that's pretty much most indoor play places now. The store directories at the entrance were turned off so we were not sure where this location was. We went up the elevator and it's on the 2nd floor, right across from Build A Bear. There is a tablet to check in and complete a short liability waiver, or a posted QR code to scan and do the same. Once you complete the waiver, you can pay for admission at the front counter. Prices are affordable. They appear to increase depending on weekends vs weekday. There are also three month or annual bundles we might consider. The front staff was very friendly. You must have grippy socks (adults included if you are going to play with your kids) and can be purchased when you purchase admission. There is a huge seating area and you a large menu of foods to order. There are also coffees and other options like pop, juice, tea. We did not order anything so I cannot speak to the quality. There is a large cubby area to store your shoes and other items. Now time for the best part - the play area! It is amazing, honestly. There's SO MUCH TO DO. Multiple large ball pits, slides, obstacle courses, zip lines, trampolines, multiple interactive play house set ups like a kitchen, salon, doctor's office, kinetic sand and so much more. I just be chance came on opening day and I was so impressed with the staff. Most appeared younger, high school age but were very mature and attentive. I was asked several times by staff how we were doing and if we were enjoying ourselves. I also saw staff interact with children and help them zip lines and bounce and do other things. It also was very clean. The best part is every area is big enough adults can follow their kids, including slides. This is a huge factor as you can make sure your kid is constantly supervised while enjoying themselves. I 10/10 recommend this place and I look forward to the next time we come!!!!
