I get that too, but it's really unprofessional to not give a heads up. I am understanding to a person being ill, and protecting employees from Covid...totally do, it's just rude to not let someone know until well afterwards, therefore I went with a higher priced service who will mow & aerate tomorrow.

As luck had it on Sunday evening, we talked to a gentleman named Gus Rodriguez who was working on a neighbors tree. We cut up a lot of the limbs over the weekend to get it going, but they were here on Tuesday morning and three hours later they were gone.
