We hired this company in April 2025 for a $32,000 landscaping project that was represented as a…read moretwo-week job. The project extended over two months and resulted in approximately $25,000 in additional charges labeled as "extras," many of which were not clearly disclosed or approved in advance. There were limited positives: the irrigation work and flagstone pathways were completed satisfactorily. However, the majority of the project involved significant issues: * No weed prevention measures were installed, resulting in ongoing maintenance issues * Mexican palms were installed despite being unsuitable for Central Texas conditions, requiring replacement at our expense ($3,750) * Planting quality was substandard--my wife literally planted all 17 pots herself because the crew did not know how to properly install or arrange them * Change orders were not transparently communicated (e.g., $500 per pot added without clear cost approval) * Artificial turf installation ($12,500) was performed without proper expertise and has failed completely * Drainage work was improperly executed (downsized piping), leading to continued water issues and property damage We have since received estimates totaling approximately $19,000 to correct these deficiencies. The owner acknowledged issues with the turf installation and initially agreed to remedy them. Based on that representation, we made an additional $12,000 payment. Shortly thereafter, the company withdrew from the project, asserted non-payment of disputed charges, and declared all warranties void. Work was largely performed by inexperienced crews, with inconsistent scheduling and lack of proper tools or materials. Due to the extent of the issues and unresolved financial disputes, we have retained legal counsel. If the company resolves these matters appropriately, we are open to updating this review. At this time, however, we cannot recommend their services.

In March I hired Green Ackors to trim some large pecan tree limbs back to get them out of the power lines. He sent Mexicans, legal or u legal, English speaking or not! They never spoke to me directly so there was no way to tell... What a mess!! After my instructions they basically did what they wanted! Now they're out in full growth & it shows what a mess they did!!! Long limbs, short limbs, tangled limbs! I'm appalled! Next Fall or Spring when you're considering tree trimming my advice to you would be steer clear of this business! Highly overrated & too expensive for the shoddy, shitty job they do!
