I understand mistakes happen but, he didn't make eye contact or apologize despite me bleeding. He continued on with my pedicure which I was willing to see through but the pain was too much. After telling him I was in pain he insisted I continued. He then opened and closed the trash can with the very gloves he had on and STILL proceeded to touch my feet again.
