With its beautiful gardens and 1920s architectural charm, it combines a vintage feel with a luxurious look. Guests continue to reach out about how much they loved the look and vibes of the venue. It really gives old money vibes without the need for an old money budget. Becky and the Parador staff are wonderful to work with. They are supremely attentive, and worked with us to find a budget and date that worked for us. I can't thank them enough for their flexibility and kindness towards us during a time that can be quite stressful. They also didn't hesitate to attend to our every need the day of the wedding. Everything seemed great I decided to go with this venue as everything else was way out of our budget being first time young parents. I let her know I wanted to book 4 hours and sent the $300 "refundable" deposit. After this she said thank you then I did not here from her again until I messaged her to confirm the booking and make sure tables and chairs were in order 2 days before. At that point she called me and told me my balance was paid off and asked what tables I preferred and how many chairs. At the time I believed she was giving a discount as I found her through Peerspace but we did not use Peerspace so they wouldn't be taking a portion out. The day of she accommodated our needs and her son was there putting chairs out. The chairs were thrown outside sloppy all going different directions the tables were not the ones I asked for but everything was ok because they were so kind and helpful with everything else and it was a great price. When our reservation was over I called to let her know everything was clean and asked if there was anything else she needed from me she said no. I then sent her $100 as a thank you and because that was the original price we discussed although she said multiple times that "our balance was paid off". Serval hours later she called me and she sounded sketchy and off a vibe I had not gotten from her until this point. she asked if I sent more than $400 because her records only showed $400 I explained to her that she told me the balance was paid off at $300 and I sent the extra to show my gratitude she then said I owed another $100 for the cleaning fee that "my mother in law offered to pay it if I wanted to take her up on that" at this point I was almost in tears because of the stressful day I had and the high of it all going smooth and being over with to the low of feeling like I'm being scammed or tricked. She got an attitude very quickly referring to a contact I had not heard of up until this point. I never was given a contract or told about one the whole booking process was very relaxed and unprofessional looking back. I don't ever want to screw anyone over or not do the right thing so I paid the extra $100 but my last discussion with her was very shady and makes me sad because the experience started off great. I also spoke to my mother in law and she said the owner never mention anything about a $100 cleaning fee or anything about money. The actual space was ok but the owner is shady and I will never recommend this place. Pay the extra couple hundred as this place will probably try to get it out of you and overall they were not professional.

What you see is what you get. Even when minimally decorated, from floor to ceiling, the space has a clean, elegant, and modern look. It's highlighted by tray ceilings with gorgeous chandeliers. The space is ideal for a party/reception. Hundreds were in attendance and there was plenty of space for everyone. There was live music, speeches, dinner, and dancing. Food was catered and served in the lobby outside the ballroom. A bar was set up in one corner of the ballroom. The Trinity Event Center is located behind Holy Trinity Cathedral Church (Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Google Maps). Not knowing this, I parked in front of the church, thinking it was the same as the event center. They are two separate buildings on the same property. There's plenty of parking. There was an event going on at the same time at the church, so there were a lot of cars. Additional parking is available around and behind the event center. The back lot is sort of hidden. Holy Trinity and the Trinity Event Center are in southwest Houston, near the Houston Funplex.

The bathrooms were the worst I have seen in any event center in all my years in America. There were urine all over, toilet papers and paper towels on the floor and no toilet paper or soap for guests to use. I had to use the paper towel to wipe my self. This is unacceptable and should be corrected. Please before you rent this hall ensure that they have staff monitoring supplies and cleaning the toilets during your event. They are getting away with this because they serve mostly the immigrant community but we should not accept this level treatment from them. This was my first time going there for an event and will most likely not attend any event there again till they clean up. Every one I spoke to about my experience there said that is normal for this event center. We need to stop using them till they change. Your guests are there to honor you not to get infection from attending your event. They charge a lot for the halls but can not provide basic supplies for the bathrooms and have cleaners there during the events.

On this…read morenight The Stafford Centre was not only hosting an elaborate wedding event in their Convention centre, but a concert for Marsha Ambrosious and guests in the Performing Arts Theater. It was an intimate venue(considering it is a 28 million dollar state of the art centre) so no matter where your seat was the view was amazing. When the opening act started, the sound was to put it nice..not up to par with expectation, but that was negated by the fact when Marsha and her band came on to play, the sound was extraordinarily heart felt and interactive so we will chalk up the snafu to the local artist who was using prerecorded tracks, no fault of the centre. This is definitely a jewel for Fort Bend County and a great opportunity for artist to perform for crowds who otherwise would not have the opportunity that bigger venues have to offer. This is a secret that should be shared.

They worked with me on my multiple revisions to the contract to change times and other details we didn't realize we needed until the week of the wedding. The venues are both well appointed and .Five was a truly unique place to host our cocktail hour. We received many compliments on the character and unique feel of the venue afterward. All transactional items are simple with Rōnin--online and paperless as well. My only recommendation is that if you use this venue, you will likely need to also rent .Five for additional catering space. We rented .Five for that purpose and host our cocktail hour while Ronin 2 was being flipped from ceremony to reception and I did not realize until after the wedding that our caterers did not get to use the space at .Five due to the fact that we were using it for the cocktail hour. I thought there was more space in the back, but relied on our planner to work with the caterer. I should have confirmed this all myself. After the wedding, I was told by the caterer that the delays in serving dinner were due to not having enough space for food prep. I also had a number of caterers turn down quoting the event due to the inability to use certain equipment they required on site. If you are serving a simple buffet meal, this might work; but if you need space for plated meal set up, you will need all of the space in .Five for your caterer. This was not an issue resulting from venue management. This is just something I would want to be aware of if I was booking here. Overall, this venue is beautiful and perfect for a wedding of around 50 people. I would definitely host here if I had the chance to do this all over again.

I've been to several events here, all of which were related to the Touchdown Club of Houston. The…read morevenue itself is roomy and comfortable with easy restroom access and good parking. The staff is mostly good at what they do. What I don't like is that every time I have been here, they've had all but one or two gates to the facility closed. There might be a good reason for that, but I can't figure it out.
